So the first week of P90X is winding down. I have to admit that I skipped yoga yesterday because it just seemed like a god day to take off (not that I think I shouldn't do the yoga. I'm thinking about doubling up on Saturday to make up for it).
AbRipper X seems to be getting a little easier after the third time, which is not to say I can finish it, but at least I can participate a little in each move. Maybe in a couple of weeks I'll be able to do at least half of the full 349 movements.
As far as the arm and back exercises go, I ended up buying some resistance bands. The dumbbells I bought are to long to do some of the movements (which is where the bands come in), but they are working well for the other ones. An added bonus is that I can take the bands to Canada with me in two weeks when we go to Kim's conference....or I can look and see if they have a gym....
